Ian brings to Fairhome Asset Management, the enthusiasm commitment and energy that enabled him to succeed as a senior asset and property manager with two top flight high street retail groups.
He has been responsible for the successful delivery of a series of multi-million pound expansion programmes and refurbishments. This proactive approach and background has been Ian’s springboard to the development of the Asset Management offering he has built up for Fairhome. Ian has created a responsive and flexible service offer that put customers at the centre and gives them confidence across their housing management needs. He has built up a strong team at Fairhome that reflect his values and commitment to the delivery of an outstanding customer service.
Simon gained a wide range of experience supervising for the last 6 years working within property maintenance industry for various companies including Salix Homes, Magenta living and Shepherds Bush Housing Association. Simon’s background is in electrical, fire and intruder work.
In 2012, Simon headed his own team as a contracts manager for Shepherds Bush Housing Association. The role included supervising gas and electric engineers, to improve the service provided to tenants. As well as providing good health & safety records, make sure permits to work are in place when necessary, work closely with the principle contractors. Simon is an enthusiastic team player with a flexible attitude. Well organized individual, with a high degree of initiative and self- motivation. Trustworthy, reliable, and hard working.
Tony has worked in the area of Housing Management for over 35 years, working for a number of small and large traditional RSL’s in the North, including a LSVT, and has during that time gained vast knowledge and experience having undertaken a wide variety of roles at varying levels of responsibility.
From 2008, Tony operated as a Neighbourhood Housing Director, a role which had a wide remit which included corporate responsibility for the strategic delivery of the full range of Housing Management services to 18,000 properties across the North West regions of Merseyside and Cheshire. Services included income & arrears management, voids & allocations, tenancy management, estate management, anti-social behaviour and supported and older persons housing. Before joining Fairhome Asset Management, Tony ran his own Housing Consultancy, Training and interim management business, covering all elements of neighbourhood housing management and specifically across income management/Welfare Reform, Service Charges, Estate management services, allocations and lettings.
Jane joined Fairhome Group in November 2018 and brings with her a wealth of experience having worked for various organisations which include Bupa Healthcare, Serco, Alliance Healthcare, Carillion Plc and Parr Group.
She has experience in both public and private sectors in areas such as Healthcare, Education, Government contracts, large corporate and Commercial contracts.
Jane understands that the client is the single most valuable asset any organisation can have, and she is looking forward to bringing her experience into her new role and further strengthen the existing foundations to the benefit of our clients and end users.
The service is accessed and managed through our helpdesk team. This gives our partners one point of contact for all responsive repairs and property-based issues.
We are able to adapt our service offering to meet the specific business needs, and property requirements of our partners and customers.
Our housing management team can assist tenants with the day-to-day running of their home. They can also provide support with tenancy agreements, property inspections, rent reviews, ad-hoc rental enquiries and will work alongside you and your customers to assist with housing benefit claims.
